I am a Maxis Fiber + Astro IPTV user. During peak hours, the speed will drop. Call for support but then always say Best Effort. Ass lah, best effort. Maxis Sucks!!

From the graph can see that their speed is not stable. The penalty is so expensive because they know you dun have the money to pay the penalty, then you tak akan lari. Haha
