Thanks to aunty and uncle giving us a chance.

Auntie twinkle not looking but there are many more aunties looking for it. You're just lucky someone selling it today at the right time.

Met a young auntie back from the bank with a good 5 digits ASM top up just now. Luckily I'm not hunting for ASM now & forever.

Normally how do you guys adjust ratio for 3 funds if not balanced? Like 1 fund a lot and another fund very little. Assuming not topping up new units..

There is no specific method or correct answer as it depends on the preference of each Ppl

What I mean is how to average it out if 1 fund has a lot and another fund is very little? I guess only way is withdraw out from the larger fund and try luck for the fund which you have less right? That is if assuming not topping up fresh money. But then again why bother the effort right.

U will take a rest for a while or still continue?

Tomorrow i will take a rest. Need some cash in the bank loan acc to supress the interest.

No choice, at this age, we are subject to housing loan and car loan. Luckily not yet family. If not, surely no savings.

Yes, withdrawal is the answer
I wud advise u dun withdraw just for the sale of balance portfolios as it's very difficult to top in the 1st place

and they keep launching new funds after the older fund not performing or stagnant.

Been there, done that, got burned. Will never again touch PMB funds again.

I heard that they kept launching new funds to ensure new money comes in because without "new" money coming in, it's difficult for them since most of the funds are underwater at the moment not just in terms of NAV but also returns.

Your method is workable too
Having said tat, y want to let go (i.e. withdraw) when every Ppl is sweating to get a piece

Can share which stock u in?

It's only possible to buy & sell if the banker willing to do for you, depend on the bank limit too. Only RHB , you can try to buy >50k & sell off >50k as other banks limit too low. It'd not be possible in Affin and I plan to use July FD$ to get ASW later & sell off some others after ex dividend to balance the amount I wanted to place inside. No plan to go beyond my set amount.

(Will be out of topic. Majority hibernating & dividend stocks.)

Wat is the current rate u enjoy from FD?

4.x+% My FDs all have the highest promo rates by affin bank. No more board rates/low promo rates as I don't believed in giving banks free money.

I think that's only for ASB & asb2. If like that, we take loan and buy ASX FP liao.

QUOTE(filage @ Jun 2 2016, 02:49 PM)
As mentioned, interest calculated on lowest balance of the month, if say 1000u inside on 1-jun, if take out 200u on 2-jun (balance 800u), then on 3-jun put back 200u (balance become 1000u again). But lowest balance means 800u correct? dividend only for 800u for the month..
*
getting confuse here, mean if subscribed on 1st jun still eligible for June dividend calculation, if subscribe on 2nd June it is only for July calculation?
cut off date is 1st of each month?
