don't forget, auntie twinkle only 'active' pursuing it for this month only as I've hit my personal target for AS1M & ASM (a tiny bit more). With ASW, I can just wait for ex dividend date to top up.

My previous encounter with ASNB staff, they'll ask you how much you want and if they see units available, they will try. They also said, the units can disappear as fast as it appears as other branches are also trying to buy at same time.

There is another elderly lady sat & waiting at same bank trying few times in the am. For me, I'll come back after 2-3hrs. So check 3x/day. When I complete ASM, you'll have this elderly lady to compete with as she is not leaving until noon.

Agent must key in and 'tembak' and then 'error page' appeared, that's mean no units. If little screen comes out, you're successful.

Avoid ASNB this 2 weeks school holiday as place will be super packed.

Chances of getting ASW <ASM now. Maybe should wait till ex dividend?
Or use the the allocated quota to top up more AS1M. (or ASM) ?
Or park in 3mths FD? If place on 1/6/16, $ will be 'ready' for 1/9/16 ex date.
( I've cancelled decision to place $60k in EPF due to the recent news)

Actually current AS1M quota is <50% of ASM. Total of ASW> AS1M now. Planned for ASM:ASW, 1:1 but if not possible now, will think of FD for 3mths. Will decide when I visit Affin bank tomorrow. then I can definitely 'rest' for 3mths.

We're lucky to have the best bank's staff to help us with ASNB. Other customers I've met also complimented this guy. No matter how many times all of us tried, he always do his best to try for us on the spot.

To those lovely people here, don't worry, auntie twinkle is only 'saving' some $ into ASX. There are still other mode of investments/ placement that bring in regular $ even if ASX dividends rate drop in future.
