Hi guys, quick question please

This is what I have found online for the Location of sources of the repo (.zip's) for:

quasar: http://fusion.tvaddons.ag
oblivion iptv: http://oblivionbuilds.com/repo

Facing a Problem after I add source successfuly:
When I go back to system>settings>Add-ons, I don't see those sources that I had input earlier in the add source area. Which means i cannot install from zip

Maybe my source is wrong?

The latest MiBox runs Android TV OS and allows Netflix at 1080p res... These are pluses over the Neo U1, there could be more.. Unfortunately... too sleepy to be bothered.. Besides this is the Kodi thread and not the Android TV boxes thread.

Now, which is superior? For the the latest MiBox, IMO, its too early to tell as there's insufficient real world usage data for comparisons. However, there's no doubt that the Minix Neo U1 is far superior than the previous MiBox gens.

Repos are working perfectly... Check your Kodi installation. Sources should be present in the "File Manager" section after adding them... Then only you can "Install from Zip File".

after adding the links with SYSTEM/FILE MANAGER, u need to go SYSTEM/SETTINGS to install from zip.

quasar is more complicated. u need to install the unofficial repo, then program providers, set path. hard to explain... but google, watch the videos, no short cut...

definately. with firmware support and dedicated forum discussion.

For movies & series, which .apk DOES NOT use a torrent platform?

I have not used showtime anytime, popcorn & showbox - i believe all three of them use a torrent platform?

What's your concern with torrent? So long it's not being downloaded, it does not take up space in your box, you should be fine

for these, there is a need for a lot more memory in the box (or pathed to ext).

if there is 1gb usable, can get up to 1gb files. if 10gb, get up to 10gb.

assuming yr broadband speed is good enough.

Yea it was down for a few weeks but working again

Quasar when auto updated to 9.3.6 gives navigation error.

Anyone know what the problem is, how to overcome it?

Had to revert to previous 9.3.5 which worked very well for a long time.

Experiencing the same issues.. Been looking for a fix and so far it appears to be a port related issue (connecting to the daemon)... Changing and specifying a specific port(s) in the advancedsettings.xml file should resolve it.. Going to test it out and report back if successful..

i think i will just live with 9.35, wait for next update if it works good.

Here's the fix and an easy one... Latest v0.9.36 working..

Go to Settings > Services > Remote Control and enable both options
Restart Kodi.
Profit!!

Quasar needs both options enabled to function..

Alternatively does anyone know of a direct online address so I can add a source instead of transferring the file using USB drive.

hi guys,

new to kodi. added quasar but keep getting the "one or more items failed to play. Check the log for more information about this msg. Tried increasing the time to 20 secs as suggested but I still keep getting this error msg.

I've added both magnetic MC & Quasar's rik91's providers. Keep getting user not confirmed error msg below the screen. Help anyone?

Delete all providers.. Reinstall the quasar addon too.. Make sure it's the latest one. Version number is posted up on this page.. Install magnetdl provider.. Properly configure both the provider and quasar.. Profit!
