Guess it will be much like Armaya Maluri after completion: serviced apartment nestled in a mature commercial area with shop units on the lower floors and not-so-wide access.

Amaya Maluri only boost is AEON Taman Maluri, near LRT and future MRT. The shop lots in that area not reli Ong.

Pinnacle is located in busy and crowded commercial area.
I do think Pinnacle is better than Amaya Maluri.

Let's wait and see at the unit size and price before we can compare or comment further.

3 blocks linked U shape, block B has sky deck

Price unknown. Launching mid Dec

Went there today at Sri petaling property gallery . It's look not too bad on the facade but
1) it's an U shape link by 3 block . It's a negative point for me . Not much privacy, estimated 23-25 units per floor. I can feel like"first world hotel in Genting"
2) it's confirmed leasehold
3) every Tuesday got Pasar Malam , I wonder how to residences go back ?
4) it's likely to be 650psft after discount.
5) not sure about the developer quality ( anyone can advise ?)
6) commercial title (HDA title) electricity and water more expensive .

1) Stragegic location - Muture locations with full of commercial.
2) good rental - Airbnb also can comsider here .
3) 800 units I guess it's consider not too bad for 3 block .

Just my 20cent point of view ....
Hope they giving high rebate ... Otherwise no money pay downpayment

i dont think the location is really good. just imagine when VP, another thousand cars will be there.

the area is pack that why the road at Kings Bakery there aledi 1 way road..

sometimes there will be also huge crawl in front of the Dr Wong Dental there, because of the traffic light towards bukit jalil/ exit highway

location wise, Endah Promenade side better, already near to high way exist.

also worry that foreign workers will be renting out the place ?? as too close to those shops

Congestion = high population , I'm sure it reflect to the property around it and most likely it will increase the value rather than decrease.

so i don't get why people are complaining =.='

Now dinner time find parking also damn hard. Pasar malam stall arrangement sure affected as it will block the entrance of condo.
650sq ft a bit high at this economy n plenty of choice in BJ.

I have booked a unit with a friends for this Pinnacle Sri petaling. Facing NORTH KLCC VIEW . Today is ready for booking . Booking rm 5000 will not be collected . Just reserved the unit you want. End of this month only pay booking rm5000
Free 3 air con
Free 2 water heater
Free SPA & Loan legal
Unit above 15 free 2 parking
Psft around rm600 nett
Rebate 5%

Faster go book and pm me. I try get bulk purchase rebate with developer : )
Cos I think rebate 5% is slightl little ... no money pay downpayment .lolz
