i dont think the location is really good. just imagine when VP, another thousand cars will be there.
the area is pack that why the road at Kings Bakery there aledi 1 way road..
sometimes there will be also huge crawl in front of the Dr Wong Dental there, because of the traffic light towards bukit jalil/ exit highway
location wise, Endah Promenade side better, already near to high way exist.
also worry that foreign workers will be renting out the place ?? as too close to those shops

ya, parking space is very limited.... in fact most commercial area in sri petaling facing the same issue... radin bagus area to this radin anum , radin tengah area
i always walk from my house to those commercial area. and my fren sometimes rather park at my terrace house and walk...
