I wonder how this development will affect the age-long Tuesday night pasar malam once it is completed. How are the residents going to get in and out of the building? The other concern would be the already worse traffic situation in Sri Petaling commercial areas. Imagine another 700+ families moving in right in the centre of it. rclxub.gif

Guess it will be much like Armaya Maluri after completion: serviced apartment nestled in a mature commercial area with shop units on the lower floors and not-so-wide access.
