no hint of show unit gonna be build or anything else exciting coming in this development... have to cool down abit i guess... and not much owners appear here also...

Eco G was the cheapest among them all

This Eco Ardence still got units left? Tomorrow I go sniff sniff a while.

But I don't think they have a project that's been handed over to the buyer already?

they also vped the bungalow lots for eco majestic.

Any comment / thoughts to share from the day tour?

Well, was sick today and was told to take some time off from work and do some less stressful stuff.

Go view the units lo.

Eco Sanctuary SA there super lansi, since I was wearing my cheap 39 ringgit uniqlo shirt and 9 ringgit asadi slippers, they did not bother to talk much to me.

Majestic & Grandeur is okay.

Grandeur punya SA even told me to come back for the show room when it's done.

Basically, am impressed with their landscaping and design for the show area. Final product no verdict yet since limited info.

One thing I think EW does better than many developers is the service quality and attitude of the SA. Hope the ES SA when they read this forum will look into it and do it better next time.

As for final product so far Eco Botanic has already VP but heard very very little comment about it as the thread is not active at all. For Eco Majestic, the bungalow lot already handed over about a week or two and the DSL (Cradleton) is likely to VP next month or Feb17 (in batches). Shall be able to hear the buyers comment then as EM is quite an active thread.

Eco Botanic couldn't really judge as there were virtually no comments on the workmanship. As for the landscaping not many pics within the precint shared as well and it appears to me good but again I can't make a good judgement based on the limited info.

Eco Majestic the landscape at the public area I believe many would agree that it's but within the precint, the bungalow lot precint (Gentlebre) I think it meet expectation. The real test will be Cradleton as buyers eager to see how close the actual landscape within the precint match with the artist impression. Of course if you read the EM thread you would find some buyers worry about it after seeing the work in progress pics and cast doubt whether EM can deliver as good as the artist impression. To me, I will reserve my comment until I see the final product.

Their showroom wise, memang very nicely done thou. And the service of the buggy that drops you from the car park to the office is seriously good hahahaha

Is the current plot of the land that being launched is better of the next plot earmark for phase 2?

Its seems the current phase only next to setia alam housing area and wonder if they launch this precinct first.

Dunno landed investment here really can make it not, but I feel better than Eco Sanctuary.

4 acesses offer by EA is quite generous as well, just my 2 cents.

Guys..new here...any idea what is current/future launch at eco ardence...

Phase 2 will launch early 2Q of this year, current launch Aeres phase almost sold out.

Maybe still remaining semi d unit close to highway/mainroad. Hope this help.
