the 1st phase of every development shouldn't be taken into acc of real demand from public bcos of associates purchases, yi mah koo cheh of directors purchases, developers strongest supoters purchases and lastly staff purchases....
wait til they launched the second phase and see the real demand..... by the way,,,,their bungalows.....59x90 land size....3 rooms upstairs....2.7mio...... |
