Hi! May I know how many days you take to solved this problems? Which plan they change for you?
Because I had pm them already a week, but still nothing change and no one call me, only gave me a case reference number.

For me it about 2 week. As stated is Hotlink Bagus plan.

One more question to ask you, what was your plan before Hotlink Fast? Same as Hotlink Bagus too?
I wonder will they change us to previous plan, because my situation was hotlink plan top up at least RM5 can last 3 months (I bought this plan in 2008/2009). But i forgot to top up and luckily have my number back after terminated and stated as #Hotlink without 365 validity, then the CS recommended me switch to Hotlink Fast to subscribe 365 validity, but suddenly i can't find it at the end of April.

Yes, data will be charged pay-per-use or you may also purchase data passes via *100# or Red app. Your tupup will also usable during the active period.

If you are yet to subscribe the validity service, you may follow these steps:

1) Red App > Tap on Call & SMS > Select your preferred validity > Confirm purchase
2) *100# > My Account & Others > Buy Validity > Select your preferred validity > One-off subscription or Auto-renewal > Confirm purchase

Hi there,

The Validity service active period does not stack up. However, you do have the option to subscribe under the auto-renewal. You just need to maintain a minimum credit balance of RM33 at the point of the renewal. Hope this helps.

For those who r still using Bagus plan (or other old plan), there is a "Birthday Pay-Per-Use Time bomb" ,and it may deplete your money in your account in a few seconds .
No kidding ,very seriously.


If u didn't buy the (DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY ) internet pass ,
and u claim the free Mobile Internet Birthday Gift Pass.
On the next day, after the Birthday Gift Pass expire, u will be charged at Pay-Per-use at 10KB/RM0.10 (which is very expensive in today's standard..it was 10KB/RM0.05 a few years back..)
1MB usage = RM10 !!!



If u had bought any internet pass, then u r safe, u r covering by these internet passes.
If don't , u will get a NIGHTMARE for your birthday.


I think Maxis/Hotlink should revise THE "Mobile Internet Birthday Gift Pass", it suppose to be a gift , not a "nightmare", right ?
and the expiration time should be standardized to 00:00:00 (which more easier to remember), so users won't have to worry about when will the free pass be expired.

pls imaging that, if sb claim it at 05:00AM today , and it will expire at 05:00AM the next day.
that sb may find out all the money is gone, after he/she wake up in the morning .
[The system did sent a sms 1 hour b4 the free gift expired, if u asked. But, nobody can read the sms while they r sleeping.]

I've a old hotlink plan on validity 365. It expired on 4/12 which I just found out. I topup $30 today so that the line remains active.

I'd like to subscribe to validity 365 (already know how). But I don't want to waste the 30 days validity that comes with the $30 topup.

When is the best date to subscribe to validity 365? I remembered you had to have min some x days of validity before subscribing to 365.

Ps: the maxis link given has 404 error.
