my plan just changed to bagus vm but how do i buy the validity 365 ?

I try the below but it seems like there no menu for such.

If you are yet to subscribe the validity service, you may follow these steps:

1) Red App > Tap on Call & SMS > Select your preferred validity > Confirm purchase
2) *100# > My Account & Others > Buy Validity > Select your preferred validity > One-off subscription or Auto-renewal > Confirm purchase
