#Hotlink,
Good afternoon - please help me with my problem, explained below . . . .

My 365-day number validity just expired on 10/2/17 - 3 days ago - with a credit balance of RM 30+.

Background:-
Last year about Jan-16, I converted my 012 mob # POSTPAID (of very2 many years use) to the 365-day validity PREPAID Plan because I was going overseas.
I have since returned temporarily to Malaysia and will be going overseas again soon, and I have to retain my 012 mobile number.

I still need to keep my over-10 year-old mobile #.
I thought there is still a 365-day validity prepaid plan for RM 33, I topped up RM 10 (together with my current credit of RM30+) intending to continue my 365-day validity using the *100# hotlink menus.

I couldn't do the extension of another 365-day validity using the various *100# menu selections.
I went to a Maxis store at Paradigm Mall, and was told that I cannot renew a fresh 365-day validity for my number. I do not know why this should be so.
This means I am at risk of losing my previously POSTPAID (now PREPAID 012 #) - which I have been using for (I think) over 10 years.

I had my credit and phone # topped up with the RM10 at the Maxis store, but this only gave me a credit validity of ONLY 10 days, with a number validity TERMINATION DATE of 1/4/17.

I cannot afford to lose my mobile #.

I find this to be TERRIBLY UNFAIR and UNJUST to be held hostage, to have to continuously pay, at risk of losing my long-held number[U], especially when I will not be in Malaysia. When I changed my POSTPAID plan in Jan-16 to a PREPAID plan, I was told that I could continue my 365-day validity after expiry of the 365-days. I am not sure if my prepaid plan had been changed without my knowledge so that I now is at risk of losing my long-held mobile number.

Hope you can check, or respond to me, so that I can provide my personal details for your checking and resolution.

TQVM

UPDATED:-

Seeing the number of posts here asking how to subscribe to the 365-day validity plan, I am inclined to think that SUCH A 365-day PLAN IS STILL AVAILABLE, so I am puzzled why my "just-expired 365-day PREPAID plan" cannot be extended/renewed on payment of the required RM 33....
