Interesting story how MEH going to turn around their cash flow problem with all their amazing cowboy strategies and tactics. Their main priority is the mall, not residence buyers. Pityfull to all buyers.

How come the rental for empire city is less than empire Damansara. City built up is bigger also. Is city fully furnished?
