ec mall promised alot. they had a whole book full of huge brands and designs especially the much touted high street and then said that local businesses/brands are too "low end" or "not glam", need to go top floor. so im not too suprised by any tenant troubles coming...won't be suprised to suddenly be offered a lower floor too.

side note the mall design is cool but for retailers its a positive nightmare for design or practicality in some places. they tried their best to expand the NLA, eating into the corridors, so some shops have pillar in the middle of nowhere, or jagged borders with the walkways. or even a unit wrap around one big beam laugh.gif saving grace is the asking rental was really reasonable. in line with the quality of the workmanship i guess laugh.gif
