hmm hard to tell, empire subang they got less competition and the location is very good, EC they have one u & the curve, and the MRT LRT all have a stops there and EC have nothing but highways.

agree.. EC have to compete with nearby 1U, the curve, IPC and they dont have MRT station unlike 1U

u see from the front like most windows are up and quite ok....but if u see from inside belakang all kosong ones and looks more like abandon site.....that is what is worrying....
predicted ES has to be sold long time ago....no surprise to us....BUT there could be no taker or the deal cannot generate immediate cash flow relief then also no point
but if ES is sold and consider got taker.....the "face" part is already tak ada

Their Empire Damansara units already refinanced with banks, if sell all also not sure enough to cover the bank loan or not due to the current market condition.
