This supplier has been supplying sand to this hairy elephant like animal mammoth's construction arm for Subang project and not getting paid for more than 1 year. You scared or not?

I cannot understand how people can tahan this. VP and no CCC after so many months. What is the use of the unit when loan instalments kicks in already, cannot stay, cannot rent and in some cases cannot sell also cos buyers so scared of this project?

I know one flipper with 10 units and is sweating big time now. He is looking for Water Fishes and willing to let go at RM800 psf. So far he has not been able to find one water fish.

I also know how many units this Wooly Mammoth has not sold yet. I also know Wooly Mammoth's construction unit has not been paying its suppliers for very very long time for one of its project in US J.

There was this fellow forumer who said RM800 psf is cheap and worth buying. Tell your friend to PM this fellow and see if he is interested to buy at RM800 psf.

Those working in high rise in D Perdana or M Damansara should be able to tell better. I passed by this EC a few times for past few weeks and see no progress. If I had bought a EC unit I would be very worried.

The one lucky guy with 10 units at EC should be sleepless. How to sleep when he stands to make a million plus (probably RM2 mil) over his 10 units? I also cannot sleep if I stand to make up to RM2 mil over 10 units in EC.

ES is not successful. Most F&B are doing fine. Most retail shops are not doing fine.

When some cowboys colluded with the contractors and arkitek to built one extra floor which these cowboys called it Mezzanine floor, leaving Bandaraya with no choice but to fine them only, I knew these cowboys are without integrity and very dishonest.

I cannot understand why would anyone want to deal with dishonest no integrity biz men. One sand supplier I know still haven't been paid for goods supplied for over 2 years and I believe many are still unpaid for good supplied and work done.

Nope. No contra with unit. Until today still unpaid.

Another case this coy supplied goods to another coy which supplied to ER. Contra 2 units all the way (4 parties) but I feel pity for the one who will end up with units. Contra full amount (2 units) but unit still no where to be seen.
