That is truly sad. Any case of litigation against developer/management is going to cost owners more expenses. Should set up a committee and pool the funds together if they are going to take any further action.

You might be actually right there. The illustration was so 90's, hence the image got distorted due to heavy pixelations.

Dirty office politics is bad for everyone as it produces an unhealthy work environment. Could be a high possibility it is done deliberately like what you mentioned. In the end, it is the purchasers who are caught in the middle.

That is a good suggestion but whether it can be feasibly and financially carried out and implemented is really a big doubt. Not with their current financial state and managing disarray.
