EC halo and sunday both VPed already rite?

I dunno what other components EC has that will affect buyers on their purchases with mammoth.

ER majority not vped yet.......

ER is the one that required very very high standard of construction quality and maintenance. If this project runs into trouble, the safety would be the biggest concern!!! sweat.gif

empire remix should be less painful as the progressive claim is probably small seeing how little work has been done. Empire residence is the one buyers should feel the pain as the absolute amount per unit and the % claim is big.

I think this project shall connect the sewage to the external plant. They only connect the short stretch of the sewer pipe from their development to the external pipeworks and asked the architect to certify the completion of sewerage works.

Work for sewage is normally at the beginning or toward the end of project?

By normal practice, the sewerage works shall be carried out towards the end of the project. However, for most of the highrises in klang valley, the developer no need to build their treatment plant and all the sewage will be connected to centralized plant. Therefore, basically for them the sewerage work is only involved the connection of the sewage pipe from their development to the existing pipeline. So they will push to complete this job upfront and claim the 5%.

It depends whether remix is schedule h or non schedule.

Paint on aluminum frame?

Exposed drain pipe in room?

How much space at bottom of staircase? 0.6m?

Have you think of how to change ceiling lightbulb at the double space/height area?

The design abit weird, the platform was raise just to suit the gradient of the staircase.

When you are doing the business, you can enjoy the outside view.

Plaster ceiling is not visible at lower floor, there is a good chance toilet discharge pipe is exposed also.

Perhaps MEH can foresee that those pipes are going to burst soon & frequently , letting it exposed will be easier for future maintenance
