Not sure where's the best place to ask this but:

Is there any way to link and use my physical normal Aeon member card on an app? So that I can get points when shopping at Aeon without having to bring my member card. Very troublesome to always get the card and share within family member. Easy if everyone can just use an app to get points.

I tried to download the Aeon Wallet app but then seems like must register their prepaid VISA card only can. But I don't wanna register just wanna use my member card on app so can get points

Wah didn't know about this discontinuation at all. Will have to drop by Aeon counter soon and convert my points, then sign up for the new Visa member card.

Does it mean from now on, the only way to earn points at Aeon, is to reload money into the prepaid Visa card and pay from there?
What if I want to pay with other payment methods? Still entitle to earn points? As long as I let them scan the barcode for the member

Wow this one so big diff. Even if they give you 2x when use their card to pay, also 200pts = RM1.
Wondering if it's better idea if we maintain old card system and get points until end of year then last min only change to this new card.

for this moment,  Aeon credit card point 400 = RM1
Aeon plus prepard point 200 = RM1

went to aeon center to ask for AF waiver. told me to come back 3 months
earlier called aeon hotline, said cannot waive the AF...
anything i can do before cancel it ? not really utilizing this card.

I called Aeon to terminate my card just now due to annual fee unable to waive. CS told me "you still have to pay annual fee even though you want to cancel the card"

I was like, what are you talking about. Never in my life encounter this... Decided to call again and speak to another CS later

Hi all sifu. I called CS said cannot waive SST and stand very firm about it, even the live chat CS also. Anyone has experience to waive the SST with any condition?

Cos someone asking whether bigpay considered a transaction or not using Aeon card to get reversal annual fee RM200 which I already fulfilled by reloading RM 50x12 times required to get the AF waiver

boost transactions for october and november will be tagged under insurance and mobile reload for aeon - ie no cashback

Previously I reload Bigpay with AeonBig CC no problem getting cb. For Nov I started reloading Boost instead, trx is "BOOST APP 3D-EC KUALA LUMPUR MY". Next month will switch back to BP.
