but check back the term, maybe lucky enough for the spend min RM100 = 1 entry.

guys, suddenly there is a bank fee of 10 cents charged to my Aeon CC after i made payment to Aeon via MBB.

Any idea why?

I would usually make my payments through the machine, but during this period, I had to pay through Maybank2U. I can now see a bank transfer fee of RM0.10 in my Aeon account...are they serious? How can I clear this 10 sen? If i make another payment of RM0.10 through Maybank2U, I will probably see another Bank Transfer of RM0.10 again. Forever owe RM0.10?

AEON Big card AF waived by 12X swipes so still can consider to keep...
AEON platinum not sure about the AF waiver condition but recently I asked for it and was granted..

SST normally need to ask CS and they should tell you to swipe certain amount (eg RM150) within 3 mths for rebate...

Anyone can guide where to see what i can redeem using my Aeon Big points ? This page shows nothing to redeem

Do note that CS mentioned onCe charged , have to pay even u want to cancel . So better to proceed cancel ahead before the anniversary date

For AF , i know they r clueless. If we have no new activity after the AF charged, we can get away. Personal experience when I terminated HLB card.

I have a noob question. Just started using my AEON Platinum CC. I shopped so many times in AEON, why my statement says 0 AEON Points?

Received call from retention department demanding me to pay full AF and SST even cancellation is to proceed.

Worst ever experience from credit card issuer! Will not ever apply for any card from AEON in the future.

Already told them on why I need to pay for AF meant for coming year if I am going to cancel the card, and they still repeat on AF even with cancellation.

So basically they just want to get the AF from you and don't bother whether you will banned them forever.

Don't think BNM will help in this situation. Just has to accept the fact I lost all my rebate gained from this card for the previous 1 year. It will be sayonara from me to this Japan credit company.

No waiver until today. Card is shown as suspended in Aeon website. More or less I have accepted the fact I have to pay the fee and tax to avoid ccris tagging.

Anyone has successfully cancel their card and no need to pay for the AF?

He is afraid of ccris will have record since AF still not waived.

Mine is shown as "Cancelled" in Aeon website since May, however I still receive the June statement today with the AF not waived.

There is chances AEON will update this card to BNM ccris as defaulted if I don't pay June statement. This will have quite major impact to your credit score.
