I've already called twice, and both times the CS was totally clueless just saying system down, no information available. I tried to probe, but no indication at all. There may be a small glimmer of hope that this could be a year end "account closing" / reconcliation exercise, or even a system upgrade. For now though, I've stopped spending on my AEON CC. Unfortunately, still have RM12k balance to settle by 2nd Jan.
