Is it easy to get annual fee waiver or need to cancel?

Notice this month the Credit Control officers are not doing their job to call/sms me to chase payment for my AEON CC

they're a conservative bunch. if i were you, i'd just apply for another credit card from another company. you would probably be treated better as well. besides that, as shared by other forumners, when you owe them oustanding, they call and sms you a lot. doh.gif

would recommend you to install the app. very convenient to make cc payment via fpx and will be reflected immediately.

just install it, can use the app to show aeon cs for parking if u come in with tng or cc

Mine got approved since feb 2024.

credit application stated " approved by FI "

but no 0 0 0 0 record.

Unable to pay via TNG / Bank fund transfer. Clilcked on AEON Wallet also unable to log in. Really lousy service. Today last day of bill payment. Need to go back to branch to pay via cash.

Updated. Now okay already (after 1 hour). Really got me nervous. Worried unable to pay and will incurred finance charge for late payment. Maybe system maintenance before 9 a.m.
