2 months b4 expiring. Previously i was waiting for replacement card but it was sent to the nearest Aeon Credit branch without notifying me. Only found out when i called the CS.

oh lord! like so last minute?? even worse if card is tagged to many accounts like grab, touch&go, etcc...

Received multiple calls from this suspicious looking number 0154-8722784 this morning and I ignore them cos I was busy. Turn out they were from Aeon Credit chasing for CC payment even though I IBG it 1-Mar night. While I was typing another call came in from Aeon Credit phone-bot 0154-8722799 prompting payment.

was it very near your due date? I've never actually heard story of cs calling customer to pay cc balance lol

AEON will call, last time they also called me but I have cancelled their cards for 2 years already. Not due date also will call.

Almost everybody due date is 2nd of the month for Aeon CC.

They will freaking call if they can’t reach you they will call your emergency contact which I kena once. And it’s not even due yet! From thereon I paid my aeon outstanding on the first day after the statement is out. Scary man it’s not even big amount

Last time when I still had the cards, will call to chase for payments even not yet due date.
Some calls can be 10 days before due date. How crazy.

The part that i am unhappy about is they send your renewal card to the address which you may or may not agree to without notifying you. They assume. They send to my old office which i have left. Took me so much trouble to contact back my ex-colleagues to trace back for me.

Correct way should send sms first saying renewal card will be send by xx date to your address. Please call to update address if need be. should be that way ma.

To be honest, it's user responsibility to update your current work/address. Generally I think most banks would just send out the renewal card without confirming with the customer if the address is still valid or not.
