so yours is like that particular month without transaction then does not appear here?

yup, u won't get the statement if balance is RM0 or negative
this month before statement date i pay off all my BT and i don't get any statement
you can see my record, some months statement is missing.
i seldom spend after SST charge, rebate, redeem, after that no transaction till July i apply BT and got statement on Aug

As for the AEON BIG cc's statement got 2x rm25 cb but not with the Online&Overseas description:

One of these should be for SST rebate.

I only got 1 time cashback, seem like oct cashback depleted.

i have received my statement.
got a lot of RM30 transaction lol although balance is RM0.
so conclusion is no transaction no statement, even though balance RM0, if got transaction still they will send out the statement.

The benefits of this card still there?

I applied this card via RP like back in July..now RP just called me to submit EPF and Aeon Big card expiry date... LOL

Did you request for it or it was auto-credited? I received one line of rebate but unsure if it's for online or for SST as my anniversary month is Dec too.

Then it should be RM0 balance no transaction, normally i will just top up ewallet for the credit balance, no point keep inside for them

hi, i know this is a post few months back but relevant to what i am trying to find out
my Aeon Plat will have the anniversary month in January, so do i call to try to ask for AF waiver now or next month? of course, i did not meet the minimum spending of 18k a year as majority of my spending were prioritised on cards with cashback.. mainly keeping for the PPL access. TQ

After AF is charged then call CS and don't use the card once AF is already charged.

About the Aeon Member Plus Visa card, do we still get Aeon Member points when we pay at the cashier using cash/other card and show the Plus Visa card? Or only get points when pay WITH the Plus Visa card?

the existing member points and new member plus visa points are totally separated
after expiry, you need to use member plus visa, no more existing member card, so please redeem all with aeon voucher before expire date

I know about that. The new Plus Visa card can still collect points, hence my question on payment method
