The CS really fast, just call in to get the SST rebate like last year, straight away told to spend RM150 from now till 12/3/2020 without questioning much.
and told me no need call back after spend, the system will track itself and credit automatically. last year did RM150 on 28 Dec 2018 and got the CB on 2 Jan 2019, let's see before 17 Dec 2019 already got it or not. |

More than a week after statement date and I still can't generate my statement yet. And since they have the worst portal, I can't see my statement balance and know how much to pay.
