No mentioned of SG release yet. smile.gif

I guess we have to wait and see....

They also quoted the price in EURO and POUNDS, so I guess there'll be a UK and european release.

There goes my budget for PS3....lol...just kidding..DJinn..still no news on PS3 singapore version pricing???? Not forget to mention..the xbox 360 elite pricing too...

Excerpt from teamxbox.com on sony reaction:

Ahead of the official announcement, Sony has responded to Microsoft's Xbox 360 Elite. Peter Dille, senior vice president of marketing for Sony Computer Entertainment America, said:

"We think every PlayStation 3 owner should have an "elite" experience, which is why we include an internal hard drive and HDMI output in every PS3 we sell, along with the 50 GB of storage capacity on a high definition Blu-ray disc. Sony has been the strongest advocate of high definition as the future of next-generation gaming. This requires high-definition components, including HDMI output, and large storage devices to deliver and store all that rich and vivid HD content. Microsoft's announcement today not only legitimizes Sony's PS3 strategy, it moves us closer to adopting universal standards in the area of high definition gaming that will benefit game developers and ultimately the end user.

Maybe I should add Peter Dille response..... an elite experience with few interesting game titles to play with[cool.gif.... doh.gif

Couldn't agree with you more there. Sony screwed up that part of their strategy big time. Still ..... im enjoying the Blu movies.

i agree but what with the price tag? for 120GB?? HDMI and black color doesn't really interest me as much cause i don't own a tv that can display 1080p or PC monitor for that matter...

The Xbox 360 120GB Hard Drive includes a data transfer kit to easily migrate all of your saved data from your 20GB HDD to your 120GB HDD. It comes preloaded with great HD game demos, videos, and an assortment of Xbox Live Arcade game trials.
haha, great news. so who here has the best line? buy the 120GB and dload demos all day lor, the rest of us go to ur house/shop to copy over those large demos in minutes rather than days laugh.gif

or maybe can have gathering to swap & copy demos whistling.gif whistling.gif

wonder if they sell the data transfer kit separately?

i just hope that this rumored data cable is true... then id just get the 120gb upgrade and be happy with my jap unit, since there's no confirmed news of 65nm and quieter/cooler operation with the 360 elite.
