planning to get a s7, but the recent home button scratches issues frightens me.

is it too apparent, happens to every unit?
*
If you be very careful about it I guess it won't be that easy , I've been using my S7 for 3 weeks or so now , the only scratches I've found were on the screen protector and the heartrate sensor , which I honestly don't even know how it got there.

Anyway guys , are there any decent screen protectors for the S7 non edge version , the current one I have cuts off just before the slight curve to the edge of the screen , 2.5D glass is what its called I think. Because of the protector and the VRS Single fit case which protrudes for the front part to protect the screen , sometimes its quite difficult to touch the inner/edge of the screen , eg. landscape dragging down the notification bar.

Here's one of the best SOT's I've gotten from my usage. A lot of messaging , Telegram/Whatsapp , some Youtube , frequent gaming and some net surfing using the default browser.

Also been noticing a lot of unresumable apps , not sure if its because of the battery optimization being used or just Samsung's ram management issues again. I didn't notice as much app reopenings with my previous Honor 3c with 2gb ram though.

Do they need to lift the screen to replace it? If yes, than IP67 might be compromised too.
*
Yes. they changed the whole panel

That one is superb duperb plastic. I scratch mine before in S6 Edge badly. Then I know already, one tiny line in Note5. So far S7 Edge still ok.

Was a bit hesitant to test the IP68 over the weekend at the pool but turns out pretty good. Managed to capture some shots at the swimming pool.
