QUOTE(shchiam1978 @ Apr 25 2016, 12:00 PM) Today i received my so called tempered glass from the seller in lelong. I want to fainted already when i look at the quality. I haven't seen before using double sided tape. Maybe because of the curve edge. How much did you get it for?Is it true that all tempered glass are using super thin double sided tape? |

QUOTE(shchiam1978 @ Apr 25 2016, 12:29 PM) Apparently it's not indicated in the main page but it's in the question and answer. Aiks. Maybe we should just wait for branded ones like Nillkin. So far it's pretty alright on my S6, hopefully they come out with this phone soon.Anyway, my lesson for not checking properly. All the while I was thinking that tempered glass supposed to be be glue less. |

QUOTE(sniper on the roof @ Apr 26 2016, 12:09 AM) Finally uploaded some of my vacation photos. No love for Fuji bro?Brought my camera, 5 lenses, 3 batteries, tripod and end up shooting 99% of photos on the S7 The S7's not perfect but its so much more convenient and does the job pretty well. Let me know what you think: https://www.flickr.com/photos/23880047@N05/...157667451238916 20160418_112105 by vmwt, on Flickr |

Was a bit hesitant to test the IP68 over the weekend at the pool but turns out pretty good. Managed to capture some shots at the swimming pool.

QUOTE(benny888 @ May 12 2016, 11:18 AM) I don't find the Edge annoying. Given a choice I will always choose the s7E over the edgeless S7 I love the Edge too, I think best battery life in a smart phone that I've used for a long time! Now don't have to worry about switching on Bluetooth for Android Wear or infact anything at all. Managed to last a whole day from 6AM till 10PM.Well if you are concerned about SP, than is a non issue for me as I don't believe in using any SP on the phone I will avoid installing such stuffs on the phone as much as possible. Only the Xperia series I applied a SP due to its easily scratch-able anti shatter film |

Guys, I'm still having problem accessing my S7E on my PC, can't seemed to detect it at all. Tried googling those methods like developer mode, or using the samsung app still won't work. Anyone can shed some light on this?

QUOTE(mizymora @ May 12 2016, 04:53 PM) Just a quick update, tried original cable as well still the same problem. Hence no choice but to do a factory reset. I think maybe the problem arise when I was transfering all information from my S6 previously and somehow the data transfer is not clean. The same problem also happened with my wife's phone. So what I did was, restore and set it like new, restoring back up from cloud rather hence it's working now. |

Guys, just wondering any of you encountered black screen with no response? My wife's phone encountered it twice yesterday and twice this morning. Seemed like a case of not so smooth recovery when I was factory resetting it due to unable to access the phone on windows.

QUOTE(dembaba9000 @ May 19 2016, 12:02 PM) Usually whats scratching is the oleophoebic and hydrophoebic coating, not the glass itself. Still goes down to sands and particles. My guess is the SP Spigen is also affected by particle or sand.Just like cars, most scratches are on the clear coat, instead of the paint jobs. |
