Gemfive perhaps.
Coming from N6P, each of these phone have its own strength.
For me, personally, I prefer S7E compared to N6P.

How much from gemfive?

That just show the battery temp which is a little high but nothing to worry about since you are not charging it.

your 3G signal is too low, the phone tend to squeeze in more juice to main the signal, hence the high temp
so it is normal under such circumstances.

What's the normal battery temp? I seldom get under 35°c unless it's idle.

For me below 37 is ok. Basically this is battery temp. The higher the temp, the faster your battery will drain. Also if too high temp all the time your battery life will reduce.

To maintain the weak signal, the phone will draw more battery making it heat up. My temp now is 35.7 in a non air con room, charging with cable fast charge and running a game using 4g. But since signal is strong it stays cooler than your phone.

Ambient temperature, full brightness, Internet browsing, rogue apps are known to cause high temperature. It's ok if u use in aircond environment. I suspect compact high capacity battery play a part too. My note 2 is not as hot compare to s7e doing the same thing test.

Sometime apps try to run background data too after doze.

Often a reboot will help to settle it down.

Do they need to lift the screen to replace it? If yes, than IP67 might be compromised too.

Would like to know this too..does changing the home button void the waterproofing etc?

Can feel a minute slack with the plastic frame when holding the phone. Other than that, didn't come across any other issue.

today i remember there was Galaxy Gift app when i was using Note II. This app will give random paid apps for free exclusive for galaxy users. (like Xperia Lounge for Sony)

now the app no longer working & last update was two years ago.
there is an app called Samsung Galaxy Life but it is not same.
hardcore samsung user pls shed some lights.

There are 2 temperatures. Yes the CPU temperature is higher on Note 2 (42c) but the battery temperature was at 34c whereas S7E both stayed at 37c

I only tested for browsing. No gaming.
