Hi, i have a question for Celcom 1st bill One Time Charges - Advance Payment. As attached, i didn't know the charged is for which period time, 1st bill period was 23/11/15 to 2/12/15, 2nd bill period was 3/12/15 to 2/1/16.
One Time Charges was extra charge 1 month

celcom always charge 1 month in advance (commitment fee only).

boss, can do migrate UOX to Xpax turbo but maintain validity 2020?

Well you can regard this advance fee as an "security deposit".

Didnt know can share date with supp lines under the celcom plans. How do u do it?

i can do till 2021 but maybe no bh and basic internet.

p/s: for this 1 there is some charges.

celcom pooling data across primary and supplementary? you sure aaa?

they going to use it to contra your 1st and 2nd bill immediately. celcom does not keep deposit or "prepaid" upfront.

so how is it goes on? have you settle your stuff?

Of course can, but as I know, different telco have different way. Some telco offer able to share data with main line while some telco not allowed to share data with supp line, like just applying new postpaid plan LOL

Hi, I can't find any information on the option to share internet quota of Fist Platinum with family lines from the web site. Where do you find the information?

Haven't yet, I haven't visit their outlet yet...

celcom does not share data between primary and suppl laaa..... no such option yet.

that claiming "sharing" between primary and secondary have misread the 2000 mins and 2000 sms celcom give for "free" for calls and messages sent between primary and supplementary.

the faq there stated any excess data use will be throttled or have to purchase additional add-on to restore speed. any calls and messages from supplementary to non-primary, or calls/messages to primary in excess of 2000 units each will be charged extra.

I don even active in this number as I subscribe the 2 years validity. Since they offer I just take it. Will expire on Monday afternoon the 1 GB data plan.
