I still remember back then in 2010. Where Celcom broadband plan price at RM138/month for 10GB data...
Just how fast mobile broadband has evolve  Now 40GB only RM98/month...  |

So I just topup rm10 last night, and all of sudden today left RM0.01. Complained to CS, cs said it's due to my weekly internet renew..but then admit it's system mistake.
They refused to refund my rm10 :| ..it maybe a small amount but it's all about customer trust... |

I wish they would upgrade the Basic 38 users to say, like, 5, or 6gb of data? If the 10gb upgrade for First Blue isn't only for existing subscribers, I'd upgrade too. First Gold is kinda waste for me - I usually never exceed RM50 on my bill, nor I need 20gb of data, either.

Just got this, haven't called to ask yet
