Hi, i have a question for Celcom 1st bill One Time Charges - Advance Payment. As attached, i didn't know the charged is for which period time, 1st bill period was 23/11/15 to 2/12/15, 2nd bill period was 3/12/15 to 2/1/16. One Time Charges was extra charge 1 month  |
