Hi geng. I’m currently on amazing 28 plan and was wondering if I could downgrade to amazing 8 plan. I have second number on my account (amazing8). How? Thanks

Oh i see... im just disappointed because i cant fully utilized 5gb basic internet with siput speed.......

Basic internet are meant to prevent PAYU & text only access to WhatsApp or Wechat.. Etc

One more... i have redVideo. Supposedly give fast lte speed for youtub 1 to 7am.. yet here i am staring at blank screen not a single video load. What gives #frustratedAf

Not anymore. Many months ago still can, but after they upgraded their prepaid plans (mandatory for all prepaid users) they already took the function away..

But still, after switching to Redone, I couldn't be happier for the price I'm paying for, seriously worth it.

I'm really like Redone reload bonus. Topup RM 30 get 9gb data, no need to buy data plan. RM 30 credit can keep it for voice call or buy data later.

Just signed up with a postpaid plan.

For potential MNP users to redOne, please take note on their Customer Agreement Form terms:

6. The monthly access fee of the Amazing 8 plan is charged full month.
7. The Amazing 28 and 48 customers first bill will be prorated based on the customer’s allocated high speed data usage.

In the event your number is ported a few days before the end of the month for Amazing8 plan, you will somehow be charged for a full month.
To some it's only a few ringgit difference but it's good to know what you will be billed before the bill statement arrives.

Now all telco want minimum commitment from users.
So basically rm30 monthly with great data..call..sms will be mouth watering.

9GB look a great deal with rm30 for call..sms
