yaa, the 'bank's receipt of successful transaction cannot be treated as a proof of payment' really worries for some, luckily it is only rm47, if few hundred bucks or thousand been made, I don't know what will happen next.
I just wrote an email to the redone custcare as been advised by the online CS, attached together a copy of my transaction made, and see how it goes.
What is happening to me might be happened to someone else. Paying directly to them by using the handwritten receipt bearing the redone logo is much more safer to do in the future.
