yaa, the 'bank's receipt of successful transaction cannot be treated as a proof of payment' really worries for some, luckily it is only rm47, if few hundred bucks or thousand been made, I don't know what will happen next.
I just wrote an email to the redone custcare as been advised by the online CS, attached together a copy of my transaction made, and see how it goes.
What is happening to me might be happened to someone else. Paying directly to them by using the handwritten receipt bearing the redone logo is much more safer to do in the future.

That why i preferred paying bill with human being at handphone shop. Paying using online banking bank take the commission got any problem need handle ourself.

via redone self login, fpx system that managed the pay that linked to my maybank account. When jompay been introduced by maybank (biller code 8607), I used that method as it is much faster compared to the fpx. Sebelum ni ok aja in fact during the early days, I got a SMS acknowleged of payment minutes after the transaction, now have to wait few working days lah kata CS.
My recent case, both fpx and jompay all ke laut.

my payment now been updated after my complaint to their CS by email, attached together with the proof of transaction. The last para I just put that I'll escalate this problem to relevant authorities such as CFM or others if things not resolved by today (monday). And yeah... my rm47 updated at last.

u will be charged on PPU basis. I set my 3g watchdog to disable mobile data upon 95% of 1gb quota biggrin.gif

Actually is meant for my parent. Now they are under SurfMore 30, subline under my name.

But bloody maxis forcing to upgrade to Surf Value Plan 2, RM38 with 3GB data. Which my parent don't need it cause mostly at home & office got wifi...

Right now I'm seeking for alternative telco which provide good plan & good signal...

Digi line proven so so only at my parent place, Umobile no experience but a lot of ppl telling me not to go for it. Celcom plan not attractive. So Redone seems to be ok as the entry plan is low. Just that I worry my parent data if accidentally use more than 1gb, then it will be charge base on PPU, which is headache for me as my father is not good in mobile stuff...
