Can't seem to call from redone to redone today. Anyone having the same issue?

RedONE is already support for VOLTE, but depend on the smartphone customer use. if the smartphone support for VOLTE then you can use as usual. But in order to activate you will need to make call for 200minutes and the following month will activate for VOLTE. Assume you don't call 200mins next month and it will be deactivated. what bs is that.

To activate VOLTE services you must call 200 minutes and maintain 200 minutes above and its activate next month. Kindly be inform your devices must support VOLTE services

yes, thats correct. This level of usage must maintain for each preceding month, for the following month volte.

Hi everyone. Has anyone used roaming before?
I just ported from Celcom to Redone8, mainly to keep my MY number since I will be at overseas for a quite some time. I have no plans to make any calls/SMS when overseas, except for receiving OTP SMS for banking purposes.

AFAIK, I need to pay deposit of RM300 to activate roaming and the deposit will only get refunded once I terminate the account. *SMH
Just wondering, will I be able to still receive SMS/calls without activating roaming?

redFAST30 prepaid i can see indicate video only 3Mbps , i planning port in from tune talk, but suddenly see this 3mbps capping......any1 experince watch video and it lacking ?

how long does it take for MNP / port out confirmation SMS to reach? request to port out since afternoon 1:00pm, thus far no SMS received

Crapped. shakehead.gif This is the first time I heard need utilize certain minutes of talktime and will able to activate VOLTE.
If so stingy, then rather NEVER activate VOLTE at all.

Epic fail of this telco.. Luckily I port out to maxis. Not need to struggling every month pay bill.

Just curious, anyone here who ported out/using tried reporting to MCMC about this?

It has been a year now and I can't believe they're still getting away with this, one of my relative is using Amazing 8 plan as his secondary line just to maintain the old number, but I noticed that there's no VoLTE on his Redone line so I decided to see what the CS had to say this time around and guess what...

It's still almost the same sentence but they changed from maintaining 200 minutes call monthly to 30 minutes in order to use VoLTE, I was like wtf? laugh.gif
