Please order your MNP SIM card from authorized agent, don't order online from their HQ. Their HQ never sent you MNP SIM card. Last time I kena, I want to port-in to RedOne, but the HQ sent the wrong SIM card with phone number one. Useless contacting their customer service through Whatsapp, he/she never understand the problem subject what I enquiry for.
