I don't think damen layout is big enough accommodate a department store outlet

but at least shoes gallery is opening a duplex store here

Anyone here actually bought Damen residence? I notice they are still selling some units? Not sold out after 6 years?

Never went to Damen and dont intend to. I live in Bangi anyway.....hahaha. I go IOI City Mall only...good shopping complex. I like shopping at Index Living Mall and Home Pro.

could be developer's reserved units and or bumi-released units

this shopping mall become more to eatery

agree.. but the visitor is so so only.. not recommend for shopping.. but of makan then yes.. free parking man.. air cond is so cold, good place to go after sport..

Alot of good food in this mall with good grocery store. Nice neighbourhood mall.

More and more crowd compare with last 2 month
I am here at damen today
Waited for 30min to get seated at go noodle
Parking b1 are full
Alot of eateries
Parking fees is rm1 if spend more then rm30

I thought parking is RM1 per entry but if got min RM30 receipt from any shop in Damen, then free ?

The current only choice for usj folks, others malls either poorly managed or being too greedy

but summit usj is being refurbished, right? not sure whether it will become better or remain the same?

Summit and DM should join forces and build a bridge to each other. Make a 'supermall' for USJ 1. Summit looks good from the outside now, but not gone inside for some time.
