Why ? TGV no freebies to members. GSC and MBO give you 2 free tickets on your birthday mth. And MBO even let you earn points (when U purchase tickets) to get more freebies like popcorn and drinks. 1300 points gets you 64 oz popcorn and two 22oz drink. Regular zise popcorn is 32 oz and regilar drink is 16oz.
1300 point U can earn by purchase total RM130, but Wednesdays earn you double points, so U need to purchase just RM65.

But movie club memberships are not free, right ? So in a way U're paying for the supposedly free 2 tickets and a popcorn. On the other hand, GSC and MBO memberships are completely free.

Agree, but GSC and MBO, no need pay a single cent to get 2 free tickets every year.

There is already a GSC next door, in Summit, so it makes no sense to also have a cinema in Damen.

GSC and MBO ticket counters will show U the cinema seats so U can choose any of the available seats U like. TGV cannot be that backward not to also do this.

Was at Sunway Pyramid yesterday and today and seems to be the crowd is definitely much less vs previously. Probably Damen has taken away part of the the foodies crowd as I noticed quite a no of F&B outlets in Damen are packed.

Sad to say lots of F&B still have "Opening Soon" hoodings/

This batmobile was parked in Pavilion, KL few weeks ago and the was brought here mostly likely to liven up Damen.

GSC is just next door in Summit. Just walk about 5 min to help with the digestion of the heavy meal and then go watch your movie.

Sure or not ? It's been 2-3 yrs already since they started renovating and all they did was some touchup ? I had the impression that they extended the floor area by building outwards ?A brand new mall can be constructed from stretch within the same time period.

Maybe S'poreans are kiasu and scared they'll even lose thier pants if they were to sink a few million to open.

I thought parking is RM1 per entry but if got min RM30 receipt from any shop in Damen, then free ?

It's been RM1, free if receipt min RM30 for the past few mths.
