What I heard was the RFID to be implemented for residents entry to their respective precints

The toll one it will be great if it can be implemented but somehow this is beyond EW's control.

Yes RFID for precinct is within EM control. RFID for toll gate out of their control as they need to collaborate with PLUS. As we already know, this technology is still being tested and not implemented yet. That's why I'm curious why EM plan to implement it.
