I think at this point the best formal way is to seek clarification from EW mgt on this matter - like what many have said, even with brochures, videos that could be disclaimer on it eventually

I feel for bro diver, EM pricing and launches on craddleton and merrydale were really unconventional without show units yet with huge success due to strong support from public. In this case it is a valid concern to seek clarification from the official channels; given the fact that EM commands a premium if not the most premium pricing within semenyih development.

Saw craddleton backlane in real...hmm 15 ft is indeed narrow definitely not much space for creative landscaping, merrydale with extra 5 ft in real may also pan out likewise - not very optimistic though

Only comforting part is upon checking with SA has confirmed my very own unit isn't a lower dropped unit. It's quite tricky as the contour and allevations varies. North facing house across me is actually higher by 0.5m ! Hopefully the distance of 50 ft common road negates off the effect entirely or marginally.

abt the drop unit....I have reasons to be mindful of
my current area, irresponsbile developer does not do up water proofing up to standards. Hence there are water leakages happening
on the houses which are on the lower drop units.

How do I know ? My neighbour who is right next to me on a lower unit has suffered huge water leakages

On a side note, fengshui wise, so far the 1 on higher is still a better catch (my personal experience )
