I share the same concern but I think other than trees which really needs time to grow big, flowers & shrubs and other small plants can be easily ready to form nice landscaping view.  Hope EM can have a 1 day small event to let purchasers / public to enter into the precint (not entering the house though) to have a look before the delivery of vacant possession.

Nope, that shouldn't be the case.  Pls refer to my post #623 second para - some unit selections were already done in the past, so the actual units left for last Saturday selection shouldn't be 870 units.

So EM will use half a year to develop the road and greeny landscape for cradelton.

I didn't ask about the strata title during yest visit, but if I rmbr correctly my previous conversation with the SA, they said their aim is to deliver strata title within ~1 year from VP.  That's why its extra important that no one does external reno to their units, makes the strata paperwork much easier

If all owners renovate and modify heavily before getting the tittle, tittle that getting later will mean nothing already?
All your neighbor already turn into Pink, Yellow, Green and some have already converted their unit into jail or four brick wall... haha...

Honestly, I don't see the relevance between reno and whether strata title in hand already or not   If it is an individual-titled development, before issuance of the title, the owner can still do the reno mah, right?
