If you ask me, even if they draw their illusion image based on CURRENT REALITY end products (on red carpet bbridge, swan lake and roundabout), I still buy.

The question is why SA still bother to blown so big when majority are reasonable enough to accept and even satisfy with actual products?
I believe must be a training from EW to teach them to blow, if not, won't be all SA blow the same water so big.

Icic... so far when I talk to them they don't really blow big big but of course those kidding ones for fun cannot be counted.  Anyway, notice some new recruits and at times some staff from back office on duty - overall their service attitude (not the point of discussion here) is OK but product knowledge wise need some improvements - so far they don't simply blow but will say let me check and come back to you. 

Overall, still room for improvement but if a lot of buyers encounter Big Trumpet Blowers then better reflect it to the Head or GM.
