Hmmm so far i read a few pages in this thread and found that the 6150 kinda perform well. i'm quite sure to get this lappy adi just wondering does the 256kb x 2 has a big diff than the 512kb x 2 for the amd model?

Try looking at the V3414...spec quite good and max ram supported is 4gb

actually 2GB 1 stick ram is already in the market....but not in malaysia yet......crucial,transcend,corsair are one of them producing it

Question:
After I installed "AMD Processor Update(sp33499.exe)" & "AMD Dual-Core Optimizer(Setup.exe)", how come my Windowns XP still detect 803 MHz instead of 1.61 GHz?

If i am not mistaken..that is the cool and quiet
it doesent show you the correct clock speed cause
the clock speed is decreased and increased depends on ur usage

If not mistaken the last time I formatted it showed 1.61 GHz all the time.
Now the displaying problem actually, I want to ask does it affect my speed?
I mean am I getting 1.61 GHz or 803 MHz only?
