im using smart prepaid. i jsut chat with digi customer service. they told me i need to switch to best to have the SLL. then i switch to best. but i cant find the SLL in the digi menu. how do i activate it? as per ur info its not applicabel? then digi customer service cheat on me? dry.gif

You need to have a credit balance more than the price of the SLL in order to see the option...

Still have Spotify in Music Freedom. About the unlimited fb and twitter, the digi live chat says only for apps. I'm still not sure about this though

If you are using best prepaid and didn't subscribe any data plan, Spotify will no longer play or it become extremely slow. Give it a try and you will know what I mean

Which sim pack to purchase? The Live or Best prepaid sim pack?

You can't play Spotify using best prepaid 'cause
Spotify is not one of the music apps you get to enjoy under the free Music Freedom in best.Use prepaid LiVE if you want Spotify. wink.gif

I hv tested the unlimited social for best 2016. Not the one comes with monthly plan.

It is uncapped speed with over 10GB usage
..


No time to play fb till.20GB...

i hope they extend 365 validity to live too. i prefer 2.5gb of youtube per week to unlimited fb, twitter.

yes, i think is *888*1#, but tat is after the SMS received to me that im given unlimited fb
some of my fren did not get this unlimited social even he is in best 2016.


for 2nd question, it is a NO.
only can check the usage at web version digi.com.my
digi apps will only show UNLIMITED.
perhaps old digi apps will show the usage.
