I called Customer Service yesterday and today. Both told me the Best Prepaid 2016 and onwards will not have SLL from March 2017 onwards. Try asking them also? I can confirm Digi Best V4 still have SLL and IDDIC as I reload and apply for SLL for my aunt today. I tried last night with $70++ in my account and account active til May 2017. Only SLL $1 for 1 day is available and I am on Best 2016 version
im using smart prepaid. i jsut chat with digi customer service. they told me i need to switch to best to have the SLL. then i switch to best. but i cant find the SLL in the digi menu. how do i activate it? as per ur info its not applicabel? then digi customer service cheat on me?
