Just to reconfirm are you using BEST prepaid 2016 p2p plan?

I'm using the above mentioned plan. i dial *888*1# but it pop up said nothing in system waiting for me to redeem

I guess something wrong somewhere

That's strange ! Guess have to give DiGi a call soon to find out why

Buy prepaid pack and test out 1st at your area

Want to use it for UBER-ing when I am free.

Outdoor coverage is absolutely fine with Digi.

Going to port out from Umobile by 30th..

I was originally from Digi, then I ported out to Celcom as they had 'great' postpaid plan.
Then I ported to Umobile due to horrible experience from Celcom and Umobile had affordable data package.

And now, I'll return back to Digi again simply because the RM38/mth prepaid package offers 1000min free call to all network, 4GB data and unlimited data for FB.
Last but not least, Umobile network coverage is horrible as hell.

Yes, U Mobile and Webe were those that cannot be used. Connection damn poor!

Which plan is best for sms and basic Internet? And how to change the plan? I am Now with the best prepaid v1...this is the very old plan...with No free basic internet...

Digi New Best Prepaid v1 or Digi Best Prepaid v1? I've a Digi New Best and I did what ming86 has suggested.

If you want to change your plan, Digi will only allow you to change to the latest version - you can't choose - unless you hop over to Digi Live instead.

Last month when I went to Digi Centre to enquire/add on IDDIC to my digi best Prepaid v3 but the CUSTOMER service said it was no longer offered. But when I key in *138# IDDIC is option 1. So I can just subscribe this for free?

why don't just try it? if not available, it will show service not available.

Was worried I might sign up a service with charges. Will try it this weekend.

There is one time fee of RM10, it is waived until further notice.
If you search around, so far no one get charge.
