Once I received this answer, I'll continue to marah them & compare them with lazada.
Even with free courier, lazada werent this lousy (my own exp). Later they replied "we have different policy compare to lazada".
I just lol. Next day my item arrived.

I too have a parcel stucked but not at their delivery hub. It checked out from a Hub after Petaling Jaya and currently isn't traceable. Huhu

did any of who just created new account able to applied the gemtm50 code and make the purchase? coz i create like 3 already. choose the item. put the address, put the voucher. all okay. once try to make payment using cimb it fail. then go back the voucher invalid ad.

i'm here to share my bad experience with Green Life Furniture in 11street

they sent me a wrong item last Thursday 21 April 2016

called me after 6pm to say they will exchange ASAP

on saturday morning they call me saying delivery fail when I know that nobody come over, they say will deliver on Monday

until today Friday still no exchange, false promises by seller

I have emailed 11street & still waiting for delivery while the wrong item delivered to me remain at home unopened

I have tried calling the seller, it remain unanswered while 11street says the same thing

should I do anything else ?
