i'm here to share my bad experience with Green Life Furniture in 11street

they sent me a wrong item last Thursday 21 April 2016

called me after 6pm to say they will exchange ASAP

on saturday morning they call me saying delivery fail when I know that nobody come over, they say will deliver on Monday

until today Friday still no exchange, false promises by seller

I have emailed 11street & still waiting for delivery while the wrong item delivered to me remain at home unopened

I have tried calling the seller, it remain unanswered while 11street says the same thing

should I do anything else ?
