Interesting development, at the end of the day, they may decide to discontinue 360 account and all existing account will be converted to Booster account.

QUOTE(Sumofwhich @ Feb 25 2020, 12:39 PM) By post then I'll ignore, waste of time. He's not suggesting anything to you.Btw, another reply from BNM, I don't understand what he is suggesting: We refer to your email on the above. We wish to inform you that any changes in interest rate or any revision to deposits rates, financial service provider (FSP) should notify the customers by way of communicating in writing or electronically. In addition, the change notice MUST also be prominently displayed at FSP's business premises and website which OCBC has discharged accordingly. Please be informed that change in interest rate is not a change in terms of conditions. Therefore, should FSPs fulfilled aforementioned requirements, they are deemed to adhere to Product Transparency and Disclosure guidelines. Hope above clarifies. Thank you. Abd Latif BNMTELELINK Bank Negara Malaysia Telephone : 1-300-88-5465 Facsimile : 03-21741515 He's informing that there's no violation from OCBC side. No further action required. |

QUOTE(netken @ Mar 2 2020, 05:19 PM) https://www.facebook.com/11450527254/posts/...3953637255/?d=n another opr cut tomorrow or soon? They may not cut as OCBC doesn't alter for each OPR revision. Looks like the ocbc rates going to be cut again soon. The previous revision was May/June 2019 right? This post has been edited by GrumpyNooby: Mar 2 2020, 05:44 PM |

With another surprise cut 0.5% from Federal Reserve overnight, the OPR cut could be sooner than May 2020.
