 Putra heights is good buy?

I am also considering Sime Darby projects now.

Putra Heights, Bukit Jelutong, Elmina, Putra heights etc for own stay.
Anybody know what is their entry price?

As for near LRT/MRT ones, it seems only Putra Heights is having it?
Is it strata/individual title?

I think will take about an hour? To me the time taken is not so important, its d convenience that matters. Can take either line from Ph to kl , best in the world! I think d price will go up more

Kl center parking will be limit to 2 hours.. forcing ppl to take public transport.. quick quick buy property near lrt..

Likely this will be a selling point and sellers will jack up the price some more.
But i believe it won't be immediate as the LRT effect was long factored in when PH prices boom with the announcement of the LRT line and Chinese School.

I'm more interested to see how the LRT has any impact on the commercial activities in PH.
Hopefully, commercial activities will pick up and the place becomes better because the One City project was really a major disappointment for us PH residents.

On 30/6 ie 1st day of operation, came out in d local newspapers, the fact tht prasarana chose ph stn for pm to launch the lep shows the importance of d ph stn

Ya it will take time so ppl who foresee more price increase will demand for Ph props thus pushing up it's price. commercial activities in pp have been quite slow so the lrt will also take time to push up d activities in pp

Think SDP going to wait for more price increase before launching North Brooke and develop the land opposite the station. I won't be surprised if NB hit Rm1,000psf
